Nick Smith, LCPC, LADC, CCS
At one point or another we can all benefit from what therapy has to offer. I commit to creating a compassionate space for you to break from your daily routine and shed the layers no longer serving you. I believe counseling to be a collaborative journey towards growth, adaptation, and healing.
My therapeutic style is infused with creativity, humor, and most importantly empathy. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive, Psychology, and Solution-Focused interventions.
